Golden Pond Retirement Village...

Located in the heart of Whakatane, Golden Pond Lifecare is a Registered Retirement Village that incorporates 18 Home Units and 11 Studio Apartments. We, the 'Professionals' have been contracted by Golden Pond Lifecare to manage the complex and sell the vacant home units and apartments. 

The Home Units which are owned by their occupiers, provide an environment that allows owners to be independent with the knowledge that services and care are available when required. Home Care help available to you in the community is applicable and if you currently use it, it is transferable.

The fees are very competitive in our local market place. The Lifecare Fee is capped and capital gain accrues to the owner.  

The Village is built around Golden Pond Private Hospital which enjoys an excellent reputation. It provides a full service to the Apartments and support service to the Home Units.

There are home units and apartments available offered on a freehold basis. The Village is registered under The Retirement Villages Act and upon sale appropriate agreements are required.
